Elpriskollen offers a range of electricity contracts that fully or partially follow the average development of the electricity exchange. A contract where the price changes once a month will suit you if you can afford a temporary price increase, but also want to benefit from any price decreases.
An hourly rate contract or "flex contract" follows the developments on the electricity exchange and the price changes once per hour. This will suit you if you can move your electricity consumption between different hours of the day, such as by controlling heat pump operation or charging an electric car at the cheapest hours of the day.
